The Government of Croatia is committed to the privatization of the state portfolio and has mandated the CPF to divest remaining assets and enterprises in a timely fashion.  The completion of the privatization process in Croatia will represent a significant step towards the country’s economic and social development goals.

The CPF plans to divest the remaining assets and enterprises of the state portfolio over the next several months.  These assets and enterprises represent strategic assets from the tourism, agribusiness, and industrial sectors.  The CPF seeks investors who will bring capital, market access, managerial know-how, new technology, and operational efficiency to these enterprises.

Increased visibility of tender announcements and established tender procedures provide potential investors with a fair and transparent transaction process.  In addition, we have an internal team dedicated to providing meaningful assistance as you explore privatization opportunities.
