(1) This Law governs the procedure by which courts carry out the execution of claims on the basis of documents of execution and trustworthy documents (execution procedure) and the securing of claims (security procedure), unless determined otherwise by a special law. (2) The provisions of this Law are not applied to execution procedures regulated by a special law.
