The Croatian Privatization Fund was established to implement and complete the privatization of former socially-owned enterprises, assets and legal persons in its portfolio wherein the state institutions (State Agency for Bank Rehabilitation and Guarantee of Saving Deposits (DAB); Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO), Croatian Health Insurance Institute (HZZO); HEP; INA; Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) hold shares and business interests.
