On November 14, 2002 the Government of Croatia approved an operational plan for the privatization of the state portfolio. This plan has been placed on hold and is currently under revision.

The links found below provide an overview of the total portfolio in which the state owns a majority share as well as information about the companies and industrial sectors. Companies with majority share ownership or of strategic importance will be publicly tendered. Companies with minority share ownership will be offered through the "over-the-counter market", either in Varaždin or Zagreb.
