The Croatian Privatization Fund"s portfolio is comprised of shares and stakes in a total of 1,112 companies. The equity base of these companies is HRK 177.6 billion, while the equity of the State"s portfolio amounts to HRK 21.8 billion. The table below depicts the structure of the CPF portfolio and shows that the State has most shareholder interests - in terms of both company numbers and equity - in the processing industry. The State also has significant holdings in the trade, tourism, agriculture and transport and communications sectors.

The CPF will also soon offer potential investors more than one thousand properties (land and facilities).

Some of the tourism properties have been transferred to Club Adriatic d.o.o. (based in Zagreb) management in order to effect rapid privatization.  Privatization for properties with no outstanding legal issues will be privatized in the near future.

Other properties will be offered for sale as either real estate or development projects once the legal and property issues are resolved.
